Various Types of Grieving
Often when people think of grieving, the first thing that comes to mind is the death of a “loved one”. We recognize, however, that loss presents itself in many different ways throughout one’s lifetime, and so will refer to the below said losses as the “loved one” throughout the information provided. We may not always understand initially why the loss has occurred, however we must trust the process of life, and the irrefutable truth that with each loss that occurs, therein lies an opportunity for growth and awakening.
